FAQ
What is Delta-8 THC?
Delta-8 THC or Delta 8-Tetrahydrocannabinol is a new and cutting edge naturally-occurring cannabinoid (derived from hemp). It carries psychoactive effects and euphoric feelings often associated with cannabis use, but with much less anxiety-induced effects making Delta-8 much more enjoyable for many.
The marijuana plant has various levels of mind-altering cannabinoids (e.g., psychoactive) compounds like tetrahydrocannabinol, commonly known as THC or Delta 9 THC (the most common of all) , as well as other active compounds like cannabidiol, or CBD, that are not mind-altering.
There are over 100 available cannabinoids in any given cannabis plant. Every one of them has some function and effects that scientists don’t even fully understand yet. One of the natural compounds that are found in cannabis and hemp is Delta 8-THC. Most of you have probably heard about THC (or Delta 9), but Delta 8 is the new THC-kid on the block!
How Is Delta-8 THC manufactured?
Manufacturing Delta 8 THC isn’t easy. There usually isn’t enough growing in any given cannabis plant, which means that removing enough to produce a potent product that will provide a noticeable effect to the user is extremely difficult. Still, it is possible, despite plants only containing less than 1% Delta-8 THC naturally. There are several methods to manufacturing Delta-8 THC. To manufacture Delta 8 THC, you are first going to need a hemp flower. Read about our process in The Science.
What is the quality of your product?
Not all hemp-derived products are made equal. It is crucial that any and all hemp products have no traces of heavy metals, residual solvents, or any leachables arising out of an improper extraction process of Delta-8. It is very important to always check the results of any Delta-8 products you buy and avoid buying any in-store products without seeing the test results first.
We strive for transparency and make sure that all of our finished products have certified test results to ensure you are provided with the highest quality product that is safe. There are no harmful residual solvents in any of our products. We have partnered up with a licensed and accredited testing company Green Leaf Labs to achieve this purpose.
We also test for potency for compliance with regulations (many of the Delta-8 products on the market may have illegal quantities of Delta-9, so be careful.) Delta-9 is Not Detected, "ND", in all of our products. See Here for the Recent Test Results & Certificates.
What is the suggested serving size?
The suggested serving size is 1 gummy, but for THC-sensitive consumers a half dose is recommended. Effects of the Delta-8 can last several hours and machinery or cars should not be operated while under the influence. Keep away from children and pets.
Where is original material from in our product?
Our hemp is sourced from Colorado, North Carolina and Oregon. Oregon has one of the finest hemp grown in the whole country.
Is Delta-8 THC legal?
Delta-8 THC is federally legal and currently available for sale in dozens of states (some states regulate and/or banned Delta-8). Although Delta-8 THC sounds very similar to Delta-9 THC, they possess legal differences because Delta-8 is derived from the hemp plant, and not the marijuana plant. Read more here.
2018 Farm Bill
Delta-8 THC is legal in most states in the USA thanks to federal legislation H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the 2018 Farm Bill.
All of our products contain only Delta-8 THC made from 100% Hemp. Signed into law in December 2018, Cannabis containing less than 0.3% Delta 9-THC is legally classified as Hemp and therefore legal for all intents and purposes under federal law. Constituents derived from hemp means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis is not prohibited.
Therefore, Delta 8 THC is legal to distribute and sell within the United States. But let’s not forget that Delta 9-THC is still illegal under federal law.
Do you ship to every state?
