Hawaii & Delta-8 THC Legality

Under Hawaii's state legislation, which corresponds with federal law, hemp-derived delta-8 is entirely lawful. Following the passage of Hawaii House Bill 2689, which legalized hemp and hemp-derived chemicals, including delta-8 and delta-10, the use, possession, sale, distribution, and manufacturing of delta-8 products are now permissible without fear of punishment or prosecution. In Hawaii, however, marijuana and delta-8 produced from marijuana are illegal.
