Missouri & Delta-8 THC Legality

Following the passage of House Bill 2034, which legalized hemp and hemp-derived substances, Delta-8 is lawful in Missouri and is not classified as a restricted narcotic. The use, possession, sale, distribution, procurement, and manufacturing of hemp-derived delta-8 are all allowed under state law as a result of this measure. Marijuana is prohibited, however if found with 10 grams or less, it is decriminalized. Possession of marijuana or delta-8 produced from marijuana is penalized by a fine. It is, nevertheless, nonetheless considered a criminal misdemeanor.
