Oklahoma & Delta-8 THC Legality

Following the adoption of the Oklahoma Industrial Hemp Program, hemp-derived delta-8 is lawful in Oklahoma and is not designated as a restricted drug. This act legalized hemp and hemp-derived chemicals, including delta-8, making its use, possession, sale, distribution, purchasing, and manufacturing lawful across the state. Recreational marijuana and delta-8 generated from marijuana, on the other hand, are illegal.
