Following the enactment of Senate Bill 354, Delta-8 is no longer classified a restricted drug in Tennessee. This bill made hemp and hemp-derived chemicals, such as delta-8, legal. They were also removed from the state's list of prohibited drugs. As a result, under state law, the use, possession, sale, distribution, procurement, and creation of delta-8 items are all legal and unaffected.
