Wyoming & Delta-8 THC Legality

In Wyoming, Delta-8 is legal. Following the enactment of House Bill 0171, which legalized hemp and hemp-derived chemicals, including delta-8, the state no longer considers it a restricted drug. The use, possession, sale, distribution, procurement, and manufacturing of delta-8 items are all permitted under state law as a result of this measure. Marijuana and marijuana-derived delta-8, on the other hand, are illegal in the state. State legislation makes it illegal to possess delta-8 produced from marijuana.
